Machines Needles

I wonder how often you change your machine needle, I change mine on a regular basis. A friend of mine only changes her's if the old one breaks or snags the fabric!

I was advised to change the needle for each new job.

Depending on how much machining there is, I change my needles afer every couple of jobs.
