  • Extra wide lining

Can anyone tell me where I can buy lining at least 160cm wide to cover my new worktop, or any other suitable fabric. Most of the sheeting I have found is poly cotton and I want cotton only?
    Thanks
    Janie

You can buy poly cotton sheeting off eBay.

Edmund Bell have various wide 100% cotton linings, some 300cm......you probably have to buy a piece though.

Cotton sheeting is available here 225cm wide, white or cream at £5.50/m.
This is a little less per metre - white 241cm wide Whaleys.

          Hi Janie,

Penny bought hers from M & D. I think that it may have been polycotton but it's been perfect. I did mine with some cotton lining I bought that shrank everytime it was near a steam iron and railroaded it and joined it that way. It's been fine and the seam hasn't been a pain at all PLUS a great way to use of 75m of this rubbish I have in my way.
