This is my latest venture, a range of contemporary footstools. They seem to be doing better than the childrens screen idea with sales starting to come in from our interior designers. Hi Pen,

Yes they are all bespoke, we can supply the fabric or use yours. If you are interested I can email you the trade price list.
We have been pleased with the reaction to them as a they are quite unique and multi functional, as they make a table stool, additional seating, side tables but we use them every night as leg rests in front of the tele!
I had the good sense to register the designs so in theory no one can copy them, not that it will stop our friends in China

Re: Something different to pelmets

Just made up some stools in the new Dandelion clock fabric by Sanderson's, I think this range of fabrics works well and hope to use these in some advertizing.

Re: Something different to pelmets

I have been working on this today its for a boutique spa hotel on the Essex Suffolk borders, and I thought I would post a picture of it as it quite unusual as it is 10' wide 4' high. I have attached my original drawing and pictures of the back which show the construction method and one of the finished article. My only advice to anybody thinking of making something similar is book your appointment with the chiropractor first as it weighes a ton Headboard le Maison Talbooth 003.JPG[/attachment:3anz6fy4]Headboard le Maison Talbooth 006.JPG[/attachment:3anz6fy4]Headboard le Maison Talbooth 002.JPG[/attachment:3anz6fy4]

That's a fabulous piece of work Dave. I can only imagine how one would go about making such a construction. Did you use foam for the back?
