price for loose covers?

Hi everyone,
How much do you all charge for making loose covers please? I have found a few prices on internet, for an armchair-no cushions between £122 - £180 and a two seater sofa no cushions between £152 - £210 all seat and back cushions extra and then fabric plus piping, seems a bit over the top for where I live or is it me being too soft?

I charge £220 for a two seater sofa, cushions extra, and of course not including fabric. This price does include VAT.

Sorry im a bit late with my response been a bit busy . Thank you Pen I still think a bit high for around here, I will think about it a bit more before I decide.
