    Am I right in thinking blind hemmers of this type only use one thread to create the stitches? (unlike a domestic machine which has the top thread and bottom bobbin)

    Also, do you ever use 'invisible' or special hemming thread?

      Blind hemmers only use single top thread and the stitch is caused by a looping action. You should also use the correct thread for these machines; this is a very fine thread.

        Fab machine, wouldn't be without mine now - we have become very good friends over the last couple of months! It has done alot of work for me and saved my fingers no end
