  • Plain Pink/Rose Linen

    Hi All,

Because my client was sold insufficient fabric by our favourite shop, I have been trying to source a fabric to go with it. It is a printed linen with flowers and birds on it (not sure of the design name). I have been searching for a couple of weeks for what seemed a really easy fabric to get hold of, but I have had no luck. Price & Co. Splash is about the right weight and weave but not the right colour. Globaltex and Prestigious have nothing either. By the way, the samples promised by Chatham Glyn never arrived. This is a shame because an efficient sampling service is very important to me, and has made me reconsider whether I should use them.

    Thanks,
    Sue.

    Re: Plain Pink/Rose Linen

You could try something from Villa Nova....

    Seville in Rose (100% cotton)
    Tatton in Rose (100% cotton)
Geneva in Sugared Almond (60% cotton, 40% linen, slightly heavier than the first two)

PM me if you would like more info or samples.
    Louise

Thanks for that Louise. I will try and source locally as I will only need about 3M for an wide roman. I have a Villa Nova stockist nearby.
