Is this fabric a Prestigious one?

A client wants to use this for laminated roller blinds and has convinced herself it is a Prestigious one? Can anyone confirm? Does anyone have an account with them?

Thanks for your help - I have gone back to the customer and told them to sort it out themselves as having asked "myfabrics" to provide me with a pattern repeat 3 times still no information! Thanks for your endeavours.
