I would be inclined to sew them on by hand.....what are you attaching them to?

      Hi Louise,

I am attaching them to the base of some goblets. The rosettes are so hard on the back!

I think you would have to sew these on. Can you stabstitch through?
        Kind regards

          Re: Sewing Rosettes on

I would not feel confident that glue would keep them in place on goblets......

Is there any way you could sew a 'back' on to the reverse of the rosette first - is there anywhere on it that is softer? - then stitch through that in the centre to sew on to each goblet?

Do you have a tag gun? (AKA basting or tacking gun)
This works great for attaching rosettes.
You could also use the tag gun in combination with glue or hand stitching.

            Best Wishes,

              Re: Sewing Rosettes on

Thank all for your feedback. I did eventually sew them on by hand. Although it was hard going it didn't take as long as I thought it would!

Too late for this project, but I wonder if something like this would have helped?

It might have been easier to get the rosette attached to the clip, then pin it in place at the base of the goblet.
