Hi, if you have really draughty windows what lining/interlining combo would you recommend to provide the best insulation? I'm not sure what the fabric is going to be yet....! Thank you

Re: Thermal Lining/Interlining
Hi Rosiebud,
I suppose the thicker the interlining the better, have you thought of using 410g bump? It gives a lovely plump finish to your curtains and keeps out the chills. I have it on expert authority (Penny is sitting at my left shoulder....) that ONE PASS lining has thermal properties.

Re: Thermal Lining/Interlining
Have been looking to see if anyone uses interlining & thermal lining? Does anyone know what the comparison is for using thermal lining with / without interlining? any feedback appreciated. Many thanks KarenSKarenS

Re: Thermal Lining/Interlining
There was a post recently about someone making a large curtain from thermal lining to use in their workroom to stop the heat escaping up a staircase (I think) I can't find it though. They found it really effective - if you read this could you point us un the right direction for the info?
Thanks.Louise
