Applying trim to bottom of london blind

Hello everyone

I wonder if anyone can give me some advise on how to apply a trim to the bottom of a london blind. I have chosen a pom pom trim, and was wondering if it is correct to sew it onto the front of the blind, or on the back, or to inset it between the main fabric and the lining. I have only done frill trims in the past, and have always inset these, but was wondering if the whole of the trim is supposed to be seen, or just the pom poms?

Hi Gail,
If you want the band of the trim to show, then obviously sew it onto the front. If you don't, then insert it between fabric and lining. I don't think I would generally put it on the back, but you could.
