Medallion Swags

Hi

Has anyone made what in america is called a medallion swag, basically a swag hung off tieback style medallions, i'd like to make one for a client for an arched window.

been looking at mfay website, they have some pictures of what i mean, but am trying to get my head around designing these!

any help appreciated

if you want to design your own pattern, then it would be similar to a cut-away swag design.
