I am making up interlined swags and tails at the moment.
I am considering leaving the interlining out of the tails due to the amount of bulk there will be once they are all pleated up one on top of another. There will be a total of 14 layers of cloth and contrast without the interlining once they are completed. Also because of the design of the treatment the tails will sit directly on top of the swags.
Does any one have an opinion on this, or is it always expected that you should interline the swags as well as the tails.
Many Thanks.
