pinch pleat, fabric width 153cm wide. pole width 117 wide with 11cm returns both sides. allowing for spring back should i use one width or one and half

Its quite borderline isn't it. I'm not sure if the 11cm returns include an overlap, but personally I woud er on the side of genorosity if possible. But perhaps you don't need the full half width - I would work it with minimum of 16cm pleats

One and a half widths, definitely. One would be too skimpy.
