Wishing there were courses in London, Surrey, Middlesex

Just posting out in the vague hope that there is a course I am not aware of in Surrey, London or Middlesex. The closest intensive course I can find is in Kent and that's quite a drive from west London. Otherwise everything is in lovely parts of the country further north.

      Hi Janie,

Doh.... should have put that in the post! I am looking for courses on pelmet making, tie-backs and cushions, for now! Then later on head boards and quilts.

There doesn't seem to be that much near me, other than evening classes which aren't intensive enough.

      Thanks
      Victoria

Could you make it to Herts? Then there's both Wendy Shorter Interiors and Victoria Hammond........

Thanks Louise, I could, it just makes it a bit trickier with childcare, as I need to build in the travelling time. Think I need to get my hubbie to use some holiday days to help me out! It's all so tricky when looking after little ones isn't it?

I am situated in Surrey with links to London, we are a 5 min walk from Carshalton Beeches Station. Feeds from Victoria take 40 mins door to door. Wimbledon is about 20 min drive ( on a good day)
We have a new studio and showroom being renovated at the moment.
We have lovely local accommodation within easy reach of the studios.(15 min walk or 5 mins drive)

Maybe if I could could persuade Mr Cooper ( Philip) to come visit, we could possibly put a course together? We have often said we should do this, so it's about time we did!

Let me speak to the boss!

Sounds good Tam, you should try the hard sell and mention the Pizza place nearby.

Hi Tam, Carshalton isn't far from Hampton, so that would definitely be doable. Would just need a bit of notice to organise as I would need my husband to take the day off, but that can be achieved! Many moons ago I used to see a reflexologist in Carshalton and it definitely wasn't too far.

                    Thanks!

                    Victoria
